@xox so that would mean litteraly stop using windows?

I am worried about different applications that work with windows ? How about them .. or most of them work with LINUX as well
I am not familliar with linux but for the challenge i would love to use it as well
Stay with windows for now.
Your system needs at least 8GB RAM to run Win10. Otherwise, it will swap like crazy when you try to do anything a little demanding. You can't really expect to much from that CPU (Celeron N3050).

It time to get new computer.

As everyone has already said:

1) 1.6GHz is old, time for upgrade
2) Upgrade to 8GB memory
3) Remove malware
4) Replace your hard drive, reload the OS
+1
ALSO:
Check that the CPU cooling is OK especially fans and fins but also the condition of the thermal compound on the CPU heat sink. Intel processors will self-throttle if they get hot. I had this happen on my i7 desktop after some years of use. It got slower and slower until it wouldn't run with a performance power profile. The heat sink compound was cracked and dried out. Replaced it and the system is running like new as I type.
