Hello my final work of Eletronics is a mux 2-1 using inverters tri-state.
I already made the LT Spice file and all the simulations but I have a lot of difficulty setting up the circuit physically in the breadboard.
I mount the circuit already 8x or 9x times but in the 8 possible results two of them are always wrong i think is in the irverters because i don't know very well how to do them but right know i don't have sure.
I'm like in panic because if i don't show this work i will reprove can someone help please.
In attached files i put a screenshot of my circuit in LT SPICE and a photo of a schematic circuit i wrote with the connections.

 

i'm sorry i used 3 chips 4007 to mount the circuit.

Can you post the full text of the problem and why you think you need to use 3 IC's?

 

i can post but the text is in Portuguese with my LT SPICE already confirmed we have 7 nmos and 7 pmos as the chip 3 nmos and 3 pmos, 3 pairs, we have to use 3 chips or am i wrong?

The part 2 of the work is the only one i need to mount in breadboard is that part i have difficulties.
