Well notice the R4 is 10kΩ not 6Ω and R3 also is 10kΩ not 10Ω.

Also, to me, the square wave does not seem to be right representation of Vc.

Is there a timer on the switch that selects where capacitor C is connected?

Yes, that is better. You can see where capacitor is charging up and you can see where capacitor is discharging through R4.
