MOSFET for high negative voltage, low current

Good Day!
We need to select which MOSFET is best for switching high negative voltage.

The idea is this; we need to switch on and off the -200V, 0.01A from negative voltage supply device. The frequency of switching is 1Mhz from a signal generator.

I hope there is an expert here who can help us. Thank you in advance!:)
