No thats the price of a monarchy and royal families. The early pharoes in egypt that married brother and sister were incredibly unhealthy. Many were crippled and walked with canes before they hit 10. So when you have a 2000 year old society that lived most of it marrying royalty to royalty they were all related to a certain degree. Lots of cousins marrying cousins, etc...
