I'm currently testing out a mod 60 counter using multisim. It suppose to replicate a stopwatch. However, my counter turned out to be slower when I change the frequency to 1 Hz. Do anyone know what's wrong with my circuit?

 

It takes time for devices to change state. Over time this lag builds up.

 

I would imagine it was, oh, 50 times slower. Right? Can you look at your schematic and figure out why that might be? Consider the purpose of the INA pin of U4.
