I want someone help to select a topic in the field of study MSc in microelectronics, because i don't have a supervisor yet, and i want the research area would be in non-ideal effects in Microelectronics or any new ideas are welcome.

 

It would me most unwise to select a topic that your future adviser is not familiar with.

In line with @Papabravo 's comment, the process is usually: go talk to the various EE professors to learn their areas of interest and existing research topics. Then pick an adviser you like and discuss specific topics that he would like to have explored AND is interesting to you. Pick something that can be done with the equipment your school has and where you can be successful in a reasonable time. That is, don't pick a topic like spin-tronics computing if there is no support elsewhere on campus.
