Please tell me the reason that why clock frequency of 8051 is 11.059MHz why not 12MHz
11.0592 MHz when divided by an integer(s) (1152 and 576) will produce a better approximation to standard baud rates of 9600 bits per second and 19,200 bits per second. A small sacrifice in execution speed increases the bit time accuracy of serial communications. This is a very common compromise.

On ATmega processors from Atmel 7.3728 MHz is used in place of 8.000 MHz for the same reason.
