Post your circuit diagram so we can see what you have come up with so far.

would love to help, have a couple sitting on my desk right now. But you need to get serious about helping us help you, otherwise, stop wasting our time.

First things first, lets assume your circuit is functioning and that your using Atmels flip. Tell us if you can read the device status registers. If you can't, FULLY describe your physical interface between PC and device.

please find the attached drawing for your referance.
Program written in C language using Keil.
Present problem is with the controller output pin.
All the output pin are in high state.
Tried to reset many times and checked the quartz crystal.Seems to be working.

Any suggestions in this regard??
