hello , im always having a problem with microchip such as pic16f84 , i generated a c code from flowcode program then transform it into hex code with my programmer ( topwin ) but when i put the chip in the circuit , it didnt work so i thought that i have a problem with the code or with the circuit so i downloaded a project from the internet and build the circuit then transform the hex code into the chip and when i put it in the circuit , it didnt work too , i tried many projects from flowcode or from the internet but they all didnt work . anyone knows what is the problem ? would anyone have a file or a website for programming steps ?
note : i open the c code on my topwin program and the program transform it into hex code then i transform it into the chip .
