I want to connect a micro SD module to an STM32H7 microcontroller, as shown in the attached image. At what speed can I communicate with the memory using the SDIO protocol when working in normal mode (without implementing a level shifter to 1.8v)?

Depending on your SDcard. But mostly below 50MHz. @5MHz would work with most modern SD cards.
