At Mouser it appears the range is .5-2V, at Digikey they have 6 obsolete models that can be used at 5V.

They are usually 3.3V, but you can use a LDO regulator off 5V. That would have the extra advantage of creating a nice quiet supply for it.
Ones with digital outputs can be interfaced directly to 74HCT running off 5V, and ones with analogue outputs can be capacitively coupled.
