I plan using MCP14E4 for driving Power MosFets in a Push Pull Inverter.


I intend to feed a 20 KHz square wave at the "Input" with a 50 Hz PWM at the "Enable".
My question is Whether the "Enable" can be Toggled at 50 Hz.
Any suggestions please.

 

What does the datasheet say on the matter?

The datasheet indicates that yes, it can. The enable and disable propagation delay times are only 50 and 60 nanoseconds, respectively.
