My treadmill has made a problem; when the motor is started, it causes a circuit breaker.
I dismantled the motor to change it (probably the cause) and the electronic board to repair it (MC2100-els-18w-2y).
Strangely, the igbt Q6 and the diode 15 are good, on the other hand we can clearly see burnt from the diode that extends to a pad, I would have liked to know if these 2 components were related and (it doesn't seem to me but I would have liked to have a confirmation)

Did you try with a lower load? Such as a 100w lamp in place of the motor.
