Just as an update, after 4 month of usage, seems adding a little 1nF cap from the output pin-2-mictrocontroller PWM pin of the optocoupler to GND solves the issue. Maybe the stepdown supply it's a little too noise for my PCB, maybe it has became sensitive to noise due to age, and adding this caps filters down the noise and solve. Anyway, finger crossed
