Mat lab programming MCE Compiler

Hi,

Regarding in matlab Simulink , is there's any one know regarding the MCE compiler , I'm just new in matlab programming and Simulink, but after I check all other manuals and data sheet, I cant find how to add the MCE compiler of the IC IRMCF171.
