I do not know if anybody can help Me but I thought I would Ask?

I just got this Massager at Amazon

I can Plug it into the Compter's USB Port to Charge it.

Or it Says I can Buy any USB Adapter and Charge it from the Outlet.

Now I know a Computer's USB 2.0 Port will give 5. Volts.
But how can they Say You can use Any USB Adapter because every USB Adapter will give Different Voltages?

Every USB adapter that is working properly provides regulated 5V by default and some can, with negotiation, provide higher voltages but will not if the device doesn't ask for it.
