Markov Chain- Why is the probability of leaving E5 is 0.8

Hi,
I have read that "Summation of probability values going out from a state is 1". However in the figure attached , it shows that the probability of leaving E5 is 0.8.
Can some body please guide me what is the reason for this?

You don't give any context and instead just a portion of a machine. What do all of the connections between E and the other nodes look like? What are the fine subnodes E1 through E5?
