When you say "T" type, are you meaning toggle, as in clock? That is what a master slave is. I've heard of D type, JK, Set Reset, but I don't remember hearing about T types.

Welcome xeon, but please always start a new topic in its own thread. When you post into an existing thread, we call it hijacking, and discourage it.

Any D flip-flop can be made to toggle by routing the not-Q output to the D input. Every clock will change the state of the flip-flop.

Are you trying to make one, or just understand them? Using transistors and diodes (and capacitors and resistors) I've seen it done with just 2 transistors. A master slave can be done with 2 set reset flip flops.
