hi guys, I have searched all over for a schematic so I can build myself a mains line filter and serge protection, but cant find anything.
anyone here got a hanyd link, or can draw a schematic?
while i could easy follow a schematic, my ability does not stretch to knowing how to designe a filter, though i do believe it will have several capacitors, inductors, and MOV's for the surge protection.
i just dont see how stores can justify the big bucks they charge for a few bucks in components.
ta for any help you can give.
ps, its for use in Aussie (240 v) and for computer equipment (another one to be built for the lounge where the TV etc is)
