Are there differences in main operation of Ir2111 and Ir2104 in relation of IN , Ho,Lo? as I didn't find ir2111 in proteus so i used ir2104.

Will the difference in timing affect the mosfet heat dissipation?

 

Hello,

Slower switching will give more heat production, as the mosfet is longer in a linear state.
You want to switch as fast as possible.
