I'm using the above mentioned system on a labelling machine as the label sender. During normal operation the machine stops and the drive displayed AL017 alarm message. I found the below details in the manual regarding the AL017 alarm :
Parameter data error when writing into EEPROM.
Check the parameter settings.
Procedure:
1. Press the S button on
the HMI keypad and check
the parameter shown on
the HMI display.
2. If E320A is displayed (in
hexadecimal format), it
indicates it is parameter
P2-10. Check the parameter
settings of P2-10.
3. If E3610 is displayed (in
hexadecimal format), it
indicates it is parameter
P6-16. Check the parameter
settings of P6-16.
Upon pressing the S button however, I got 'E0603' displayed instead of the above stated ones. The parameters (P2-10 and P6-16) were checked and found to be correctly set. Nothing regarding E0603 code was found in the LXM23D manual. Can anyone please suggest a solution? LXM23D and BCH Servo drive system
