Hi folks, I wish to use a particular MOSFET in a schematic / simulation in LTSpice, and have found the manufacturers supply an encrypted ".mod" file for part I want:
https://toshiba.semicon-storage.com/us/product/mosfet/detail.SSM3K361R.html
I wonder if some one could tell me how to go about actually getting LTSpice to use this model file - starting from the standard NMOSFET part.
I have looked online and tried changing the component attributes using cntrl + right clicking on the component, but im not really sure which ones I need to change.
I have tried following this video:
and also this thread: https://www.electronicspoint.com/forums/threads/spice-file-with-mod-extension.74636/
But neither seems to work, and throws up errors.
