I am implementing a circuit using Opamp NE592, meanwhile it shows an error during simulation. (included .inc opamp.sub)

.inc opamp. sub is for the generic op amp, not an NE592.
Where is your NE592 model file?
Do you have an op amp symbol that references that model file?

 

You need to tell ltspice where the file is if not in the usual place.

 

Below are the symbol and model files if you need them.
You can put the .asy file in the \sym\Opamps directory, and the .sub file in the \sub directory.

The circuit shown won't do anything useful
You are running the amp open loop so it will just latch at one of the rails.
It needs negative feedback to control the operating gain.
It would appear you need to study how op amps work.

Also V3 has the wrong polarity. Two minuses make a plus.

What are the purposes of R1 and R4?
