Low power Isolated DC-DC converter design?

I'm looking for a small, very low power requirement, Isolated DC-DC converter.
Prefer a COTS device, but ready to design and implement from scratch, if necessary.
Input voltage ~24VDC, fixed output voltage from 9 to 12VDC, at less than 20mA.
Bonus feature - 4 isolated outputs from a single input and device, if feasible.

Board-mount module? Flying capacitor, with analog switches?
Other transformer-less designs? (Or at most, a tiny COTS transformer...)

I'd greatly appreciate any pointers, links, etc.!

:{) Narrows down a bit, once one looks for specifics, and availability, but yes at least these start at 1 watt, rather than the 3-6 I was finding. hat pulls the package size down a lot.
Thanks for the lead.

Part of me still wants to do it wit ha few gates and caps, but reality suggests COTS is the way to go.

Small DC to DC isolated modules are available at DigiKey, and have been for many years. Fairly cheap and they last forever if used withing their limits. But a fixed output varied from 9 to 12 volts?? Haw can fixed be variable??
