hi everyone,

can anyone help with locating even small quantity (20-50pcs) of SN65HVD70DGSR?
there is a some 200pcs of the larger variant (SOIC-14) at TI but that wont fit ready boards with MSOP.
substitutes would do too as long as function and pin compatibility is ensured.
For example SN65HVD73 and SN65HVD76 are just faster variants

 

tried bunch of them (LTC2852CMS, etc.)

may have found one that seem to be compatible on all fronts : MAX22507EAUB+

 

and that too was gone in a snap...
