Are you trying to control the temperature of the water?
Why do you think you need PID?
That would be overkill for such a task. ;)

I'm not going to use it for water, I need to sublimate a chemical at about 230 C, but it decomposes at 250 C, hence the need for precision control.

To quote a great man regarding overkill...
"When you need it, and don't have it, you sing a different tune."

Thanks, have already looked at that, but the amperage is below what I need, and I don't want to complicate things by adding a second relay.

Dual output SSR(5~8V, 40mA), Relay(3A 120V AC)
Ahh, I've never seen or used a PID controller without using a separate relay for the power switching, so I wasn't thinking in those terms at all.

I suspect it'll be easier to pair a readily available PID controller with a readily available relay or SSR than it will be to find the high power PID you seek, but I could be wrong. Best of luck whichever way you go.
