Have you looked at a SSR (solid state relay)?
This relay can switch 240 VAC @ 50 A.



What is the control signal?
What is the load?

 

Again, it depends on what you are switching with what control signal.

IRFP460 MOSFET can switch 500 V @ 20 A
replaced with STW20NK50Z

The D2450 works with AC and not DC. When looking for a SSR watch out for AC only it will not work for you is the switched power is DC.

What is the 200hz? Do you want to turn on/off the load at 200hz or is the power source 200hz ac?

If it was pulsed DC, the SSR would work, no? Assuming the switching device is a triac.

 

The picture of D2450 was posted just to show a SSR.
We have no details of the application presented by the TS.
