is it possible then if so in that case i can use aa batteries or less voltage batteries.

No, the chip works between 3 and 40 Volts.
A single AA battery will not be enough.

even i add 5v or above lethium battery lipo what ever yeh will the 12v power be same as just as connecting it direct onto 12v it self will it be same or will the power be dimmer on xx v to 12v converter
