Unfortunately your post is just not understandable. If you are translating to English it is just not working. If you are trying to speak, you should write in your native language and use Google Translate or something like it to turn it to English.

Indeed, the function of the timer or timers is unclear. I am guessing that the goal is for one timer to switch some load off after some time interval, and then a second timer to start and switch back on after some second time interval.
BUT THAT IS ONLY A GUESS!! If that is correct then please let us know. The folks here do solve problems if they are adequately described, otherwise all you get is guesses.
