Liteon PS-2112-2l service manual needed

Hi people, I have been searching in vain for a service manual for the Liteon PS-2112-2l power supply.
The supply works fine, I just want to increase the output voltage from 12 V to 13.5 V
This is the same supply used in the Dell rack server and sadly, Dell was no help at all.
