can someone tell me where the two power wires from the plug would attach to this board? They are old lights that has a control knob for light display. All this wires got pulled out. 2 wires attach from the electric plug and 5 are the wires to the lights

OK, you have four diodes in a bridge circuit. two of the corners of the bridge connect to that big capacitor. The other to corners are the mains voltage input. Those corners will have one diode cathode and one diode anode connected to them. That was simple.
