It would be more yellow but how dark it is will depend on its output not color temperature. It will affect colors in such a way as to make fewer distinguishable so that might appear to be a sort of "darker".Would an Incandescent Bulb at 2,500 k be more Yellow and Darker to the Eye?
2700K to match a standard filament lamp, 3000K to match a halogen.I see 4000k as being bright white. 5000k appears blue (blue sky color?). I have never bought orange color "warm white" so I do not know its k numbers (2500k?).
