Li-Ion Battery Management Systems

I recently bought a couple of Li-ion BMS and charge circuits for two different projects (one 6s and the other 3S) but have had no success with them. The 6S system was wired up correctly (i check 3 times, the batteries were also fully charged) but there was 0v across the output, the same for the 3S system. i am going mad trying to figure out what is wrong but i simply have no clue. Im just wondering if anyone has ever used these circuits before and im just missing a jumper or something silly like that, they promised me a world of simple battery control and i've got less than nothing from them.
