Level Translation/Shifting

Hey guys,

I have an integrated gate drive switching regulator IC switching at 100 MHz made using n-channel depletion mode FETs. The high side driver input requires -8 to -13V and the low side driver requires -5V to -10V. My microcontroller outputs a PWM at 0 to 3.3V. I need to level shift the 0 to 3.3V to that required by the gate driver. What can I do here? I was looking at high voltage level shifter ICs but they aren't fast enough. Has anyone had similar issues or any solutions?

The period of 100 MHz is 10 Nanoseconds.

That implies you want to switch the gate in ~2 or 3 Nanoseconds! that's crazy fast.

Are you sure you have not added a few extra zeros in there?

Yeah it is fast which is exactly why I'm having issues with the level shifter. I'm using GaN FETs.
