Hey guys,
I have an integrated gate drive switching regulator IC switching at 100 MHz made using n-channel depletion mode FETs. The high side driver input requires -8 to -13V and the low side driver requires -5V to -10V. My microcontroller outputs a PWM at 0 to 3.3V. I need to level shift the 0 to 3.3V to that required by the gate driver. What can I do here? I was looking at high voltage level shifter ICs but they aren't fast enough. Has anyone had similar issues or any solutions?
