I am using ADS1248 - 24 bit adc to measure signal.
My signal is 0-1mV dc single ended.

I need to convert it into:
1. Differential
2. Level shift the signal at 2.5V, so that it is in Vcm range of ADS1248.


How to do that. Is there any special IC for this purpose.
