Hi there,
I'm doing a little LED project at home, and have so far completed what I had set out to do. However, I still have a segment of LED's left over, and I wondered if this new idea would cause any problems.(?)
I have cut my led strip to fit two different areas. I have the first segment of the LEDs running free (always on), and then they connect to a reed switch and another segment of LEDs is connected to the other end of this reed switch (basically I have some LEDs on all of the time, but when I open a cupboard, some LEDs inside will turn on). I still have a segment of LEDs left over, and I have an idea of how I could use them, but I want this segment to also be on all of the time. If I run the 12v from the segment before the reed switch (from the end of the first segment), and to the third segment, will this cause any issues? (The RGB wires will run from the end of the second segment and the 12v from the first).
Hope that makes sense!
