Hello All,

I want to designing a LED circuitry with different color LED's available in market. I want to create a table of parameters like forward voltage, forward current, luminosity, viewing angle & wavelength of different LED's. As I am familiar with the fact that different manufacturer has different standards, but assuming a 10-20% tolerance among these manufacturer parameters, I want to create a common set of reference which can be implemented for designing LED circuitry with any LED available in market. Below is the parameters snap -

I want you to verify and also fill the table for vacant data. Editing the wrong value is also appreciated. And do comment me if I am wrong.

Note - Please share data only for single color LED.

Thanks

I don't think it is possible to create a single set of parameters that will cover that wide a range of LEDs.

I have been building lighted displays for many years, using LEDs and I have always had to use the specific parameters for each LED set used.

Here is a small example of the data I keep on various LEDs

I have to agree with spidey, your table may be fine for general thinking and planning but there are all sorts of variations and really very little standardization. Go to digikey or mouser and use their search functions to see what I mean. I would never rely on a chart like that when designing a circuit. There is no substitute for a datasheet.
