Maybe this is in the wrong section. I am looking for an led driver like bcr430u that accepts vbat, gnd and pwm signals. Bcr430u accepts pwm with no need for a uC. My last project I was using 6 of these drivers to power 12 white LEDs at 100mA but now need something similar that can drive 150mA.

Nominal voltage is 12v, led vf is 3.5. might use tps9262 or the diodes inc part as the both accept pwm

 

I was just going to ask if you looked at Diodes Inc. I see you found them.
If your current keeps going up, you will probably need to move to a switching power supply type. (has an inductor)
