Dear all, I have the problem with LED control circuit. The controller board has only a few components on it but one of the IC doesn't have any indication or the code number on it (IC2). I wonder if anyone has any idea of what IC is that connected to the shift register to control the array LED. Please kindly see the picture below.

You need to try and reverse engineer the trackside to see what clock pins, data etc are going to the unknown chip, that will give you a better idea.
