That Link says it is for Neon Rope Lighting.

Neon is not LED and will this not be thicker then the Beads?

Those filaments are designed for use inside bulbs. They aren't designed to handle being... handled... and are easily damaged.

The size of the conductor would make 6 or 15ft lengths impractical. The LEDs current requirement exceeds the voltage drop / ampacity of the filament.

For the record, these are in no way "beads". That's Chinese English for individual emitters, these are COB filaments.

For an up-to-date source of information, check out Adafruit's LED "nOOds". These noodles are a string of tiny LED elements encased in an extremely flexible silicone (probably?) tube about 3mm in diameter. They are exceeding bright with the flexibility of a cooked spaghetti noodle. The Adafruit page has videos showing how flexible they are and technical/tutorial information.

nOOds are not LED filaments designed to be used in LED bulbs nor are they LED "neon".
