This is how I build my LDO, it works exactly as want I expected. But when I change the power supply into a pulse step vsource, it cannot work. The VDD starts at 0V lasts for 1nsec, it start to rise linearly at 1nsec, and reach the maximal value 5V at 2nsec and it will remain 5V forever. None of MOS are performing correctly at the amplifying stage. And I dont know why? Any one ever encounter the same problem?

Hi Ericgibbs, following is how the VDD works. the circuit stops working as I change the Vdc into a pulse step DC vsource
