Hello,
I have a guitar multieffect POD XT which it's LCD display seems not working.
I tried to open and check, and the display seems normal soldered to the PCB board.
Anyone knows what can be the cause to see only those lines?

Have you tried finger pressure on the display?
You could go over the PBC with a stiff bristle paintbrush, the unit needs to be switched on in both cases.
The display is probably quite fragile.

There's a row of pins in a Black socket underneath the display, what is that for i would give that a fiddle and see what happens..
