Trying to source replacement for broken component above. Have tried Vox and their spare dealers also ebay with no luck so far any ideas please?

Thank you very much for replying. the picture looks very similar to my broken item. however mine only has 3 contact spikes-
the box part is approx 25mm long and 17mm high and 17mm wide. the forward contact ( nearest the entry port) is in the center with the 2 other contract in line with each other but to the left ion the front pin when viewed from underneath. I can post pics if this forum permits.

The three extra contacts are just switches that are opened when the jack is inserted.
