Korg SP250 keyboard fault - all lights on, not responding

Got an sp-250 electric piano. It was working fine, then one day I turned it on and all the lights come on and piano won't play. I can hear the amp powering on so that part is ok. Power supply is ok, 12v.
Can't see any obvious faults on the PCB"s, I've pulled all the plugs and re seated them. None of the selector buttons are sticking. I can't enter test mode by pressing the reverb & transpose buttons on power up. It just stays with all the lights on. Nor piano 1 + piano 2
What else can I test? I have a multi meter and the service manual with circuit diagrams
Or are there other good sites to get help?
Thanks

If all lights come on and stay on, I would be looking for problems with the CPU Main Board. You will need an oscilloscope in order to do any serious trouble shooting.

For starters, check all DC supply voltages, +9V, +5V, +3V3 with your voltmeter.
