Is there any right alignment for the angle for this kind of antenna? I have a similar antenna that I disassembled; the problem is that when I reassemble it, I can't recall the exact angle of each part. My FM frequency is 97.3 MHz

That looks like a broadcast transmitting antenna for a commercial FM broadcast station. Using an antenna analyzer should allow setting the resonant frequency and setting the impedance to match.
