This Ford ECM (F5JL-12A297-DA) was presented to me with the challenge of trying to repair it. I am no expert by any means (just starting in this trade) and need some help. He told me that he realized after the boom lift wouldn't work, that power was hooked up wrong. I could be wrong but I believe that the wires right side and in the close-up view, is fuse wire. They appear to be tacked somehow on these plates that are soldered to the PCB and to the component in question. I was wondering what is the component in the close-up view, which is on the far right side on the heatsink next to the PCB?
