I have made a calculation for Voltage across capacitance on RC circuit using square wave AC voltage.
As you know, while frequency increases, time for charging and discharging decreases, and it causes superposition of charge on capacitance.
If any one need it, i can also share my C console application !

Sure, you can see oscillator value and calculation value from the table. Difference occurs from signal generators imperfection.
