Hi, this is my first contribution to AAC and hopefully it will not be last

I have below a problem that I've been trying to solve for the last hour and I would like some help. Now we've dealt with Darlington-Pairs in class but I have no idea how to even approach this one. I have an exam next week and this is one out of 3 (from 55) tutorial questions that I still haven't been able to do.



Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

That circuit has nothing to do with a Darlington pair.

 

You need to show your best attempt.

The fact that they given bias conditions from unspecified bias networks leads me to think that you have worked with small signal equivalent circuits. Is that true?
