i have an 15 A 10-90v DC PWM speed controller to control 2 hp pmdc motor rated at 8.2 amps current & 180 voltage.

Can i give 180 volt dc input to 10-90v DC PWM controller, because i check my dc input is 180v by using multimeter.

Any suggestion is appreciate..... Kindly help can i use it or not, if i use what will happen????

No. The voltage of the controller needs to be higher than the supply. You have 180V supply and a 90V controller = smoke!
And the controller current needs to rated higher than the stall current of the motor. Not just the run current.
In this case, make the motor controller higher volts and amps than needed so it will not blow up under extreme loads. Bigger is better.

@Kamesh P What is the form of the PWM controller?
Just one of the simple 555 versions off ebay?
If so, check the voltage value of the Electrolytic caps and see if they are rate at 240-250vdc and if so, just replace the power Mosfet if it is under rated.

I attached my 90vdc pwm controller images in this msg, can you tell me how to change it to 240vdc, it will be helpful expert

My opinion is you cannot change it to 240V.
There is just too much to change, including the board spacing.
You need to start again with a PWM controller designed for the voltage in question.

Agree, Due to the physically larger caps, etc, it may be difficult, Unless utilizing the low level 555 circuit and building a high voltage/current supply off board, and marrying the two.
The alternative is just make up a whole new 555 PWM duplicate for 240vdc.
